When patients come to Magnolia Dental Care, I want to treat the person. By talking to my patients, I learn about their dental and medical history and address any concerns or fears that may be a barrier to treatment acceptance. As part of the treatment plan, I take care of underlying issues first and then begin the restorative process. My patient Keith was very pleased with the care he received during a complex treatment plan recently, and I would like to share his video testimonial with you.
Keith is a teacher, and before his full mouth restoration, he was self-conscious about his teeth. Now, when he teaches or does presentations, he’s confident addressing the audience. Here’s what Keith has to say about Dr. Moberly, “I think Dr. Moberly is a very good dentist. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be coming here, because there are many options. I’ve always found him to be a very straight shooter by only addressing the key concerns with my teeth instead of doing unnecessary work.”
Keith has been my patient for seven years. As he shares in the video, Keith came to the office previously to have a filling done. He was anxious about getting numbed for his procedure, and he shared his concerns with me. I made him comfortable enough to proceed with his treatment.
So when I discussed Keith’s treatment plan involving full mouth restoration, he eagerly accepted his treatment. There was no hesitation because I earned his trust. He knew I only had his best interests in mind.
